If your employees are regularly exposed to hazards that can cause harm to their health, you are required to carry out health monitoring in accordance with The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

​We medically test against the criteria of possible exposures to monitor this impact and advise necessary precautions. 

Initial testing is completed to establish a health monitoring baseline, and we can continue testing annually, bi-annually, or as requested by the business for comparative data, with reporting of these findings back to the business. 

Health monitoring also gives us the opportunity to advocate on behalf of your employees (for example, in the way of GP referrals), resulting in the employee receiving thorough medical support, which they may not have otherwise received. We often find the demographics we test do not hold high engagement with attending personal medical appointments.
